The environment for our media storage and management is controlled by BS4783 quality levels. We offer storage for varieties of magnetic media such as IT back-up tapes, video and audio tapes as well as computer disks, all of which are subject to the utmost protection possible.

Our secure data storage service is further bolstered by high-visibility access. Each item is bar-coded and multi-point scanning allows clients to quickly ascertain their location and status. Access to documents online is available 24 hours a day, and there are multiple deliveries of documents each day in response to our clients’ requirements.

Our state-of-the-art security systems protect documents while they are live. Once they are dead, documents can be archived or destroyed securely and confidentially.

Maximum security vault storage

Irreplaceable and original documents including deeds and wills are securely stored in vaults which benefit from four-hour fire prevention, gas suppression system, as well as precision air temperature control and humidity control.
