Secure document storage facilities
We can store client documents as individual files on shelves or inside archive boxes, all with high-visibility access. Each item is bar-coded and multi-point scanning allows clients to quickly ascertain their location and status. Access to documents online is available 24 hours a day, and there are multiple deliveries of documents each day in response to our clients’ requirements.
Our state-of-the-art security systems protect documents while they are live. Once they are dead, documents can be archived or destroyed securely and confidentially.
Secure media vaults
The environment for our data storage and media management solutions is controlled to BS4783 quality standards. We provide document storage facilities for all varieties of magnetic media such as IT back-up tapes for disaster recovery, video and audio tapes as well as computer disks. Our media storage vaults have been purpose-built to deliver the optimal environment and security for important company data.
Maximum security vaults
Irreplaceable and original documents including deeds and wills are securely stored in vaults which benefit from four-hour fire protection, gas suppressions system as well as precision air temperature and humidity controls.
