In response to our customers’ feedback, Wincanton Records Management has now launched its document shredding service to both existing and new customers. We understand that end-of-life information isn’t just general waste, its safe disposal is key to your ongoing success and protection of your business. Our tailored solution provides a shredding and disposal service that protects any organisation from data compliance and fraud, through an ongoing , managed program, delivering total piece of mind that your data can’t fall into the wrong hands.
Wincanton’s secure destruction services can be either scheduled or ad-hoc and can include:
- In-house placement of shredding consoles or bins, with an agreed service schedule, which is then managed continually to maximise it effectiveness and benefits to your business
- One-off purges for office or store-room clearances
- Supply of security sacks
- Collection of archive boxes for disposal.
All our processes are fully auditable from collection to disposal – within your premises, in transit and on our sites – and are supported by the provision of a destruction certificate on completion.
