WRM launches its customer satisfaction survey


After the positive results of our last two years’ customer satisfaction survey where we achieved a score of ‘very satisfied’ from over 80% of our customers, we are getting ready to repeat this process and ask our customers once again what they think of the records management service we deliver.



Through an independent research company, a random selection of our customers will be asked to complete the survey to help us understand how our business and service is perceived. In 2009 we achieved a satisfaction rate of over 90% for the quality of our records centres, our secure destruction process and the accuracy of our deliveries. This year, we are hoping that new initiatives such as our stronger boxes and improved invoice layout will have demonstrated our commitment to listening to and acting on our customers feedback.
