WRM appointed recommended partner for the Law Society

Wincanton Records Management (WRM) is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as the Law Society’s first ever recommended information and data management supplier.

The Law Society was founded in 1825 and currently has 12,000 member firms and 120,000 individual members. The organisation represents solicitors across England and Wales and acts to promote the activities of members, as well as offering training and advice, and negotiating with the profession's regulators. The partnership will see members of the Law Society referred to Wincanton Records Management for all issues relating to data management and storage.

David Woolley, Development Director of WRM, commented: "We have extensive experience in the legal sector and, in fact, already provide records management and data storage services to several of the Law Society’s members, including Clifford Chance and Olswang LLP, so this partnership makes perfect sense. The team at WRM looks forward to sharing records and data management best practice with members of the Law Society and helping to educate them on compliance issues."

Neil Skinner, Business Development Manager of the Law Society, commented: "We selected WRM as we were thoroughly impressed by their customer service offering and their potential to contribute significant added value to our members. We were impressed by their expertise and are confident that our members will receive the best advice and service that the records management industry has to offer."
