We can store documents both in boxes and in open files ensuring you benefit from easy and efficient access to your records. As well as our door to door records delivery service, we also offer a scan-back service in which all of your records stored are scanned and immediately available electronically in a number of ways: via an encrypted email, through our secure online portal WinQuest, via a secure FTP site or delivered to an EDM solution.
Orders for your records to be either collected or delivered can be placed via phone, fax, email or online, while our online portal allows you to browse your full records inventory, look for individual records and check their real-time status.
